The Church House Inn is situated in the village of Rattery which is conveniently located within easy reach of the A38, less than 45 minutes from either Exeter or Plymouth and close by Marley Head Roundabout.
Simply take the Rattery exit off from the A38.
Rattery is also easily reached from Dartington Hall and Totnes via the A385.
