Whilst we have no intention of being just a Gastropub, we do seriously care about the quality and taste of the food we serve. We believe in starting with the simple things doing them really well (bar nibbles and snacks) and then continuing that attention to excellence through all our menus. It goes without saying that we seek to source our ingredients as locally as possible and we are blessed that South Devon has an abundance of suppliers of good quality produce. Head Chef, Isaac Cohen who hails from Exeter, produces Seasonal Menus changing month by month whilst bearing in mind the need to retain favourite and staple dishes. He also sets out to make as much as possible in-house.
